NA YANG
Na has years of experience investing in residential, multi-family and retail commercial real estate. Na has been in the US since 2008 and has worked for multiple fortune 100 companies in Colorado, Wisconsin and now in the Bay Area. Na is currently a senior manager a a fortune 100 company where she leads a team of talented individuals to accomplish goals with passion, vision and execution. She has applied the same principles in her real estate investing, where she helps investors maximize their investments with minimum risk.

MANAGEMENT
We provide property management services for both long-term and short-term rentals. We take a customized, individual approach to working with property owners, providing the appropriate level of communication and making intelligent, informed decisions on their behalf. We have a hands-on approach to managing our properties, conducting regular visits, ensuring we are proactive about maintenance and working with fairly priced, quality vendors to preserve and protect our owner’s investments.
INVESTMENT
We purchase multi-family and retail commercial properties. Our strategy is to achieve high investment returns by improving property management, quality, & efficiency and increasing occupancy of under-performing properties. We are actively seeking investors so that we can scale quicker, and also help more people to achieve their financial freedom. As a passive equity investor, you'll receive consistent and predictable passive income distributions directly to your bank account.
